I initially got the wrong size, too big, but Jaclyn, the Customer Service rep, was helpful and accommodating. She helped my get it resized and back within two weeks. The Repair team did a great job.

The basket setting was great. The necklace come with 2 hooks that allow different wearing length. Nice job. The only complaint is that the chain is a bit thin.
