How to Measure for a Bangle Bracelet

Many bangle bracelets are one size fits all - most bangle bracelets have a standard inner diameter of 7 inches, although this isn’t always the case. It’s normal for a bangle bracelet to be a little loose, as long as it doesn’t easily fall off your wrist. To measure for a bangle bracelet, all you’ll need is tailor’s tape.  

It’s important to measure your hand rather than your wrist because you will need to be able to slide the bangle on over your hand. Start by folding your hand (bringing your thumb to your pinky). Measure the widest part of your folded hand. You may want to add an extra half-inch or up to one inch to your measurement for extra comfort.
