Ritani Reserve Diamonds are an exclusive selection of diamonds that have the best cut which offers maximum sparkle. They reflect the most light, maximum brilliance, fire, and scintillation.
Color
A diamond’s color grade actually measures how little color it reflects. To strike the best balance between cost and beauty, go for diamonds in the Near Colorless range: G, H, and I.
Clarity
Clarity indicates how many flaws are visible to the naked eye. Too many flaws can detract from a diamond's beauty.
Cut
Cut is the quality of a diamond’s proportions and symmetry. The better a diamond’s proportions and symmetry, the more sparkle it will produce. Cut is the most important of the 4 Cs.
Delivery Date

Polish
A well-polished diamond will have excellent light return.
Fluorescence
Some diamonds glow blue or green when exposed to UV light. Since fluorescence is rarely visible, it has minimal impact on the appearance of your diamond. To save money, go for medium fluorescence.
Symmetry
Symmetry tells you how well a diamond’s facets align to create sparkle. Diamonds with perfect symmetry create the most sparkle and earn a grade of Excellent or Ideal.
Culet
The culet is the point at the bottom of the diamond. If the point has a facet on it, it can stop light from reflecting and detract from the diamond's sparkle. Choose a diamond with no culet for optimum sparkle.

5 Carat Emerald Cut Diamond

Emerald cut diamonds in the 5-carat range are an elegant choice for engagement rings. 5-carat emerald cut diamonds also work exceptionally well in custom jewelry, such as earrings and solitaire pendants. If you’re looking for a sparkly diamond, an emerald cut diamond may not be right for you - the large facets of this shape means that clarity tends to be its defining feature, as opposed to the sparkle of a brilliant cut. However, they do produce flashes of light that create a hall of mirrors effect. If you are purchasing an emerald cut diamond engagement ring but want to add more sparkle, choose a classic diamond band or a halo setting.
Often, customers who want to maximize their diamond’s beauty will choose a higher clarity grade in lieu of a larger carat size. In most cases, is important to choose a clarity grade of at least VS1 because emerald cut diamonds will show inclusions more obviously than other diamond shapes. Keep in mind that the emerald cut diamond can be square or rectangular. A length to width ratio of 1.00 – 1.03 is excellent for a square emerald, while a 1.40 – 1.50 is best for a rectangle.
Before purchasing your 5-carat emerald cut diamond, make sure to request HD imagery of your diamond. All Ritani earth-grown diamonds are certified by either the AGS or GIA – the two most respected independent grading labs in the world.
