I couldn't be happier with my new ring. The details & craftsmanship in the setting are amazing and it is so sparkly! The center diamond is also perfect. I get lots of comments about how beautiful it is. The online review and ordering process went great. Customer Service kept me up to date and quickly responded to any and all questions throughout the process. We did experience some delays in the shipping but that was a FedEx issue and not anything related to Ritani.
